The ramsac serverguard application carries out two levels of checks, one set of checks takes place daily, the other set takes place every 15 minutes. Once completed, the check results are displayed on a monitor at our helpdesk. Any faults are highlighted and an alert is sent to our helpdesk team. We can even send alerts to your mobile device via email or SMS text message if you wish.

Once we spot a problem, we start work straight away to diagnose the fault. We will also send you an email to let you know exactly what we're doing to rectify the issue. If you wish, you can receive a daily email just to reassure you that the network is looking healthy.
